Little India - The Curry that Cares

Little India web site

India is a vast country with a rich heritage as reflected in its various people, cultures and cuisine. We, at Little India, have chosen to present some of the more characteristic, yet legendary dishes from North India, especially the Punjab. These internationally renowned dishes trace their origin from the invading Mughals. Our food with its Tandoori Kababs, kadis and other sumptuous delicacies is complemented with Naan breads and Basmati rice ( Basmati rice is the king of all rice grown only in the Punjab). The common word 'curry' is a British adaptation of the Tamil word 'Kari' - meaning in effect a seasoned sauce and must never be applied to identify Indian cuisine as a whole.

About 30 Days

Hi and welcome to the 30 Days camp! In June 2008 Grant had this crazy idea of conquering 30 Fears in 30 Days during the month of August. About 30 minutes after he had come up with the idea he had enlisted the help of Duo Media and about an hour after that Sprocket Web design had a draft website to look at. This is how projects come about with us, inspiration leading to action!

2009 is no different with 30 Random Acts of Kindness in 30 Days. Both of these projects believe it or not each only took 6 weeks from inspiration to execution. All are completed around our day jobs and families, ladies and gentlemen if you really want to make something happen you will.

We have made calls at night and during our lunch breaks to enlist the help of sponsors and supporters and from everyone here at 30 Days we want to give a big thumbs up to all the people who believe in what we do and are willing to support us with time, products and energy.

Grant is available for public speaking engagements, Duo Media for film making and video editing and Sprocket for that snazzy looking website. Together we make a great PR machine so if your business is in need of something a little different from the norm then give us a hollow and we’ll see how we can help.
